Whether this is setting a record time up the Grouse Grind this summer, progressing in your strength training injury-free or keeping up with the kids, she is ready to support you in through this next phase and help you reach your full potential.

Having a Physiotherapist guide your training plan can help you reach your goals safely and effectively. Additionally, resistance training has shown to reduce the risk of injury and chronic disease. 

Progressing to this next step looks different for every patient, and Jean will create a “game plan” specifically for you to bridge the gap between rehab and training.
