She is passionate about helping her patients recover from acute and chronic injuries, prevent injury and improve performance. Her goal is to empower her patients to reach their optimal level of function and physical health.  She believes that Physical Therapy extends beyond rehabilitation; rather it is a lifelong pursuit of optimizing the body for the future.

Having been active all her life, Jean completed several Marathons before finding her love for strength training. She is a National level Bikini Competitor and was a Provincial Record holder in Powerlifting. Through her years of training, she has become a strong advocate for the importance of injury prevention, and bridging the gap between rehab and training.
